Leakage Tests

Each cup is filled with water, the lid is tightly sealed, and the bottle is placed in various orientations — upside down, on its side, and shaken to simulate the bumps of everyday use. The cup stays in these positions for a set period. If any water escapes through the lid or the body, the cup fails the test and is sent back for adjustment. Only cups that remain dry throughout the test pass.

Temperature Retention Tests

Temperature retention is the core function of an insulation cup. For hot beverages, we fill the cup with water at a controlled high temperature (around 95°C) and measure the temperature over time — typically after 1, 3, and 6 hours. The retained temperature must meet our internal standards, which align with the performance we promise to our customers. For cold drinks, a similar test is performed with iced water to verify that the cup keeps beverages cool for extended periods. These tests are performed on all main product categories, including car cups, space kettles, and eggshell cups.
