MOQ base the products, for some instock item we accept small MOQ, the details need contact with us and we will discuss with you.
2. How can we get a sample to test quality before placing bulk order?
Very glad to tell you that we can supply free sample for quality testing. Usually send out by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS. Only shipping cost charges.
3. Can we do printing or label stickers on the bottles?
Yes, we can offer logo print, pattern print, shrink wrap, label stickers on bottles. We can also customized box packaging. Logo color can be made according to pantone color number if you need.
4. Can you produce customized bottles?
Yes, we can open customized mold according to your design.
5.What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs) We will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
6. What is the normal lead time?
For in stock bottles, we will send out in 1-3 days after receiving your payment. For customized bottles, we will send out 3-10 days depending on the design.
7. What is the convenient way to pay?
L/C , T/T ,Paypal, Western Union and Escrow are accepted,and if you have a better idea , please feel free to share with us.
8. If any defective bottle, what can you do for us?
We have 1:1 replacement for defective bottles which are out of quality control.
